Unlocking Opportunities and Forging Alliances

Welcome to MOC

With great anticipation; on behalf of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, I would like to extend a very warm invitation to all energy professionals to join the Mediterranean Offshore Conference and Exhibition MOC 2024 this October in Alexandria, the pearl of the Mediterranean, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and in collaboration with IES Group and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

After its last edition in 2019, MOC 2024 promises a different experience, bringing together unparalleled minds, new technologies and cutting-edge ideas.

With the strategic importance of the metropolitan city of Alexandria, in the heart of the Mediterranean region, the realm of the energy industry and offshore activities, and at the crossroads of Africa, Asia, and Europe, MOC emerged as a leading technical platform that links and addresses all regional energy activities, bringing relevant stakeholders to explore the vast energy potentials the Mediterranean region holds. And with the immense potential for the future of offshore energy exploration and development, it is imperative that we come together to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and explore innovative solutions to the challenges facing the industry.

Your expertise and active participation at MOC 2024 will certainly be valuable assets that drive significant discussions and contribute towards insightful outcomes and growth of our energy industry.

Tarek El Molla,
Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources
